Translating the Global Water Crisis into Film: Making From the Ground Up

Tomorrow, following GWA’s 14th Annual Conference, we will kick off the award ceremony with a showing of “From the Ground Up,” a short documentary about lack of access to clean water in Tanzania. (spoiler alert: the story has a happy ending!)

    Hooray for spreading the word! This documentary needs to remind people that for all our worries about those barges and other material things, we have our water. Not everyone in this country can say that, let alone other countries. This is something we NEED to address.
