Hop(p)ing

Happy first day of winter. The solstice was an important day in pagan traditions — culturally appropriated to become Christmas 🎄– the day the light incrementally returns to earth (about 55 more seconds/day) and a time when the space between the worlds is thinner as if you could reach across and pull some beauty and wisdom from the ethers.
